Maricel Soriano, Nagtangkang Barilin ang Kasambahay

    

Nasasangkot ngayon ang Diamond Star Maricel Soriano sa isyung minaltrato niya diumano ang kanyang dalawang kasambahay. Nagtungo sa isang barangay hall sa Makati City ang dalawang dating kasambahay para ireklamo ng pang-aabuso ang kanila amo.

Nitong nakaraang Biyernes, ipinarating nina May Cahuela, 22 at Camille Acojedo, 18, ang kanilang reklamo laban sa binansagang “Diamond Star” at “Taray Queen” na si Maricel sa Barangay Hall ng Brgy. Poblacion sa Makati nitong Huwebes.

Sinabi ng dating kasambahay na si May Cahuela noong Miyerkules ng gabi nang biglang nag-init ang ulo ni Maricel nang ipaayos sa kanya ang mga gamit na dadalhin nito sa isang studio recording.
“Tinadyakan po niya ako e. Sa isang pagkakamali na hindi dapat na tatadyakan… tinadyakan niya ‘ko dito po,” pahayag ni Cachuela, sabay turo sa kanyang tagiliran.

Matapos maawat ng anak, nagbanta raw ang aktres na kukuha ng baril kaya lalo umanong natakot ang mga kasambahay. Ayon pa kay Alex Reyes, barangay secretary, na ang dalawang kasambahay ay bukod sa pinipisikal, ay nakakakuha ng masasamang salita mula sa Diamond Star. Hindi din daw sila pinapasahod nito. Dinagdag pa ni Reyes na hindi lang ito ang reklamo na nakuha nila sa barangay kung saan dawit ang pangalan ni Soriano.

Noong nakaraang Pebrero, nagreklamo na ang mga dating kasambahay ng aktres.
Nakatakas lang ang dalawang kasambahay dahil sa tulong ng anak ni Soriano na si Sebastian” Chen” Soriano. Hindi pa nagsasampa ang mga kasambahay ng kaso laban sa aktres.
Ipapatawag sa barangay sina Maricel at mga nagrereklamong kasambahay para pagharapin at malinawan ang usapin. Tikom pa rin ang kampo nila Soriano para sa kanilang panig.

Mga Anomalya ni GMA at Morato sa PCSO, Uungkatin ng Senado

Kinasa na ng kampo ng PCSO na pinamumunuan ni Margie Juico ang pagdinig sa mga anomalya ng nakaraang administrayon sa paggamit ng pera ng bayan.
“Lakas tama si Arroyo,” ani Sen. Ping Lacson sa pagkakakumpirma ng mga dokumento na nagpapatunay na ginamit ni GMA ang pondo ng bayan kung saan nakapirma si GMA sa mga maanomalyang transaksyon ng PCSO.

 Sa tingin ko malaki ang tama niya dito. Pirma talaga niya, may picture pa nga niya,” pahayag ni Lacson sa panayam ng DZBB kahapon. Ayon sa senador, ang lagda aniya ni Arroyo sa naturang mga dokumento ay sapat na para maharap ito sa kasong kriminal at administratibo.

“May nakita ako na mga document na may lagda siya. Siya (GMA) ang nag-aapruba so meron siyang culpability, kung ‘di man administrative eh criminal liability,” sabi pa ni Lacson.

Sa darating na Miyerkules nakakasa ang imbestigasyon ng Senado at pangunahing imbitado ang mga opisyal ng PCSO at Commission on Audit (COA). Sa Miyerkules at Huwebes ay pagpapaliwanagin nila ang mga kongresista at mga sangkot sa isyu kasama na din ang mga mga lider ng simbahan na dawit dito.

Kabilang sa mga ito sina Camarines Sur Rep. Diosdado Arroyo na sinasabing nakatanggap ng P500,000 para sa Naga City hospital; Quezon Rep. Danilo Suarez na umano’y tumanggap ng P68M; Negros Oriental Rep. George Arnaiz (P11.5M); Bulacan Rep. Ma. Victoria Sy-Alvarado (P8M); Nueva Ecija Rep. Rodolfo Antonino (P5M); Cagayan de Oro Rep. Rufus Rodriguez (P5M); dating Bulacan Rep. Lorna Silverio at dating North Cotabato Rep. Emmylou Talino Mendoza (P1.2M).

Maria Aragon, Napahanga ang Royal Couple

Napamangha ni Maria Aragon ang mga Royal Couple na sina Prince William and Kate Middleton sa pagkanta ng National Anthem sa ginawang Canada Day celebration sa Parliament Hill, Ottawa noong Biyernes – ang ika-144 na kaarawan ng bansa. Nabigyan ng pagkakataon kumanta si Aragon dahil sa pambihirang galing sa pagkanta ng batang Pinay. Nahawakan pa niya ang kamay ng Royal Couple at sinabing na-starstruck si Aragon ng pinuri siya sa galing niya sa pag-awit.

“I’m really excited because the royal couple, I’ve never been in front of royalty so that’s really cool,” aniya. Matapos ang programa, nabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga performers na umakyat sa stage, makilala at makipagkamay sa Royal Couple.

Na-surpise di umano si Aragon dahil first time daw nito makakita ng royalty. Napabilib man niya ang Royal Couple, mas bibilib tayo dahil gumawa si Aragon ng commercial sa isang telecommunications company dahil sa pagsikat nito sa Youtube noong Mayo ng kasalukuyang taon.

Tuluy-tuloy man ang biyayang natatanggap ng batang Pinay, tinitiyak naman ng pamilya niya na hindi magbabago si Aragon. Malayo na nga ang narating ni Maria Aragon sa pagkanta at naiiwan pa din sa isip niya ang kulturang Pinoy.

Toyo, Nakaka-kanser?

Kamakailan ay binantayan ng BFAD ang mga gatas at fruit drinks na may mapanganib na kemikal, mahigpit naman ngayong nagbabala ang Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) sa mga toyo na posibleng nakakakanser.

Sa isang advisory na ipinalabas ng FDA, sinabi ni FDA Deputy Director Nazarita Tacandong na mainam na bumili lamang ang publiko ng mga toyo na may tatak at iwasan ang bumili ng mga tingi-tingi o maging ang mga walang tatak na lalagyan partikular kung galing sa ibang bansa.

Ang anusyo ng FDA kasunod ng naging pagsusuri na may ilang toyo ang nagtataglay ng 3 monochloropropane-1, 2-diol (3-MCPD) na maaaring makapagdulot ng sakit na cancer. Sa ngayon ay nakatutok ang monitoring ng FDA para sa mga pinag na mga toyo sa Mercado at hindi pa muna maglalabas ng listahan ang FDA. Sa ngayon, pinagbabawal muna ang pagbili ng mga toyong walang tatak at nabibili sa ibang bansa habang patuloy pa din ang imbestigasyon sa mga ito.

May mga ibang mga tindera ang nagsasabi na gawa lang sa Pilipinas ang mga binebenta nila pero inutusan na ng FDA ang mga local government units na magsagawa ng monitoring para malaman kung gawa ba talaga sa Pilipinas ang mga binebentang toyo sa kani-kanilang pamilihan.

Ayon din kay Tacandong, may ilang mga produkto na binebenta sa merkado na hindi nakarehistro sa FDA kung kaya’t para makasiguro na ligtas ang bilbihin, bumuili lang sa mga lehitimong pamilihan o tiyaking may tatak para sigurado kayong dumaan sa pagsusuri at naiinspeksyon ng mabuti.

Lacson: Mga Alagad ng Simbahan, Maaaring Kasuhan

Ano na nga ba ang nangyayari sa isyu ng simbahan at mga lider nito na nasasangkot sa mga anomalya sa PCSO ngayon? Ang isyu – nabigyan daw ng mga Pajero ang mga obispo ng nakaraang administrasyong Arroyo.

“Wala namang mas mataas sa batas maski bishop ka at may criminal liability at sampahan ng demanda pwede kasuhan,” sabi pa ni Lacson.
Mas maganda sana kung mismong ang Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) na ang magsiwalat kung sino pa ang ibang kasamahan nila na tumanggap ng Pajero mula sa PCSO.

Ayon kay Guingona, maaari nilang ipatawag ang mga bishop na tumanggap ng Pajero at iba pang klase ng sports utility vehicles (SUV) ngunit hindi nila mapipilit ang mga ito kung ayaw nilang magisa sa harap ng mnga senador na miyembro ng komite.
Binulgar pa ni Gabriela Partylist Rep. Luzviminda Ilagan na hindi lang Pajero ang mga binigay ni Gloria sa mga bishop, Nakatanggap din umano ng higit pa dito ang mga alagad ng simbahan at bago pa ito umupo nung 2001 binusog na niya mga mga lider ng simbahan.
Maaari nating pasalamatan si Margie sa pagbubunyag ng mga abo ng nakaraang administrayon sa mga anomalyang tulad nito. Napagpapatunay lang na maraming mga corrupt sa bansa, kasama na ang mga lider ng simbahan, na mukhang nakikisali pa sa kademonyohan ni Arroyo.
Hinihintay lang ngayon ng taong bayan ang panig ng CBCP sa usaping ito.

New witnesses for Vizconde Massacre from NBI; Webbs, Suspicious

An interview with the father of Hubert Webb, Mr. Freddie Webb, states that he wants to conduct a different investigation regarding new witnesses of National Bureau of Investigation presented to the media who allegedly supports the claim that Webb was here when the Vizconde Massacre happened. Webb said that it will end up like Jessica Alfaro; Alfaro was the lead witness when the Vizconde massacre was under investigation.

Webb fields a lot of witnesses also that proves that Hubert Webb was not here, they also showed Hubert Webb’s passport to make sure that he’s not in the Philippines when the horrible massacre took place.
Jessica Alfaro claims that she saw Hubert and other men forcing to get in to the house of the Vizcondes the night of the massacre. But they end up not getting any proof that Hubert was the killer. Despite of the lack of proof, the court’s decision prevailed to impound Hubert for 15 years.

Now Hubert is free and now the NBI just trying to solve this issue again by bringing the witnesses on court. Webb said that the witnesses, and the timing of their revelations, is suspicious.
I just want to think that NBI and this government is trying their luck to solve this crime. It only proves that the government’s way of investigation is not credible and it’s hard to seek justice.

GMA dawit sa PCSO “milking cow” issue.

Iniimbistigahan na ng legal Department ng Philippines Charity Sweepstakes (PCSO) kung dapat din kasuhay ang former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo at mga ex-official ng PCSO sa dahilang issue ng P760 M public relations budget ng naturang ahensya.

Ayon umano kay Dr. Larry Cedro, spokesperson ng PCSO legal department. Iniimbistigahan ni Cedro ang mga anumalya ng nkaraang administrasyon sa mga kwenstyonableng paggamit ng pondo ng PCSO na para sa mga mahihirap.Abay sumusobra ang mga ‘buwaya’ sa nakaraang administrasyon lalo na ang dating pangulong Arroyo.

Tiniyak naman ng bagong chairperson na si Margarita Juico na makakasuhana ang mga tao na  sangkot sa naturang illegal na transakyon sa PCSO. Samantala, ikinonekta rin ni Bayan Muna partylist Rep. Teddy Casiño na ngayon na rin ang makalkal ang matagal nang duda na galing sa PCSO at sa Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) ang naka-gift bag na tig-P500,000 na ipinamudmod sa mga mambabatas na inimbitahan sa Malacañang sa kasagsagan ng impeachment case sa Kamara laban kay Arroyo.
“Matatandaan n’yo ‘yung isyu ng paper bag na bitbit ng mga congressmen paglabas ng palasyo? May laman daw ‘yun na P500,000. Ang duda noon, galing sa PCSO at Pagcor ang pera,” saad Casiño.

Raoul Creencia tungkol sa PCSO-TMA contract. Di ba’t sila naman ang gumawa ng anomalyang ito? Dapat sila ang managot. Hindi lang po barya ang pinag-uusapan dito kundi bilyon na dapat para sa mahihirap, di ba? Hindi din dapat tayo mag-aksaya ng pera. Napakalaking pera nito para sa thermal paper. MANOLING'S in P50-B contract! GOSH!

Manoling's mistaken contract to PCSO was reported to ABS-CBN News 06/01/2011.Its stated there that almost 50-billion worth of irregular contracts in PCSO have been submitted in the House of the Representative.

"Bayan Muna party-list Rep. Neri Javier Colmenares revealed that an approximately P42-billion worth of thermal paper contract was entered into by PCSO and an Australian company TMA. The contract had a life span of 50 years.

Colmenares questioned the rationale for the agreement being tied up for half a century, and alleged that the contract was approved without proper bidding procedures.

 Former PCSO Chairman Manoling Morato was quick to deny the allegations.

 He said the contract was legal and was even approved by the NEDA due to the benefits the government will gain. "posted on the news.

 Manoling was the chairperson of PCSO that time. In the directive by Morato he said that contract includes provisions that the company TMA will build its thermal paper production plant in Clark, Pampanga without cost from PCSO.

Marato explained the life span of the paper is up to 1yrs. Under PCSO rules, a winning lotto ticket holder has one year from the date of draw to claim prizes.

It’s a new anomalous contracts of manoling to get more kick back using the PCSO. But we can never hide the stratagem to the government. We can never tell but the cheaters never win! God sake! Nasa PCSO ka panaman dati mandaraya kapa at magnanakaw ng pera sa mahihirap!

And just for a paper and ink you will spend P50-B, are you kidding me manoling! Your such a crap! Babantayan ka namin for the thing that you’ve done and still doing now..

Furthermore, what’s  important is ABS-CBN did there job to post this issue in public to know what manoling did when he was the former PCSO chairperson.

I was reading the Philippine Daily Inquirer article about "Gay's cry below the belt vs Pacmom's RH jab"
Very entertaining.

It started when Pacman clearly made his stand (anti) regarding the RH Bill.
Reactions were rendered from across all sectors.

Mommy D (as Dionesia Pacquiao is fondly called) reacted terribly when
Defensor-Santiago dismissed the Pacman and advised him to "stay away" from the issue.
To make a long story short, "Malaswa" is now the term of the day!

Much has been said (especialIy by the buxom Mommy D) and, among others, the Gays Community from
around the Philippines was draged into the matter. Dionesia was eputed to have said: "Tingnan mo ang bakla, sa kaiinom ng pills,
hindi na bagay inumin ng mga bakla kasi lalaki sila.Ginawa sila ng Diyos na lalaki.Umiinom talaga sila
ng pills para magsilaki ang dede.Bawal' yan! (Look at gay men, they take
pills,which are not fit for them because they are men. God made them
men.They take pills to enlarge their breasts.That'sprohibited!).

Dionisa reacted sharply to the senator taking it as a ridicule of her son's
intellectual capacity. She said her son did not deserve to be ridiculed because
he, like the senator, "is a lawmaker,too!."
Goya  Candelario,spokespersonof ProGay Philippines ,said Dionisia's jab at
gays was scary and dangerous.

"We want Mommy D. to know that we are deeply offended," said

Candelario.She said in the news that gays are considered homosexuality as

a "disease" by some sector of society. Mommy D's statement

"was dangerous as it could promote 'homophobia'".

 

The exchange between Dionesia and Defensor-Santiago has, for all intents and purposes,
taken a hilarious, near-circus turn.

We should not just judge homosexuals for who they are and what they do. I remember the venerable
Msgr. Fidelis Lamcaco stating (when asked by Soly Uychuico regarding the "sinfulness" of gay men):
" In the end, what each of us do is our own business with God. Isa lang ang malinaw Fely: judge not, so as not to be judged."

In the end, nobody has the right to discriminate. That much is clear.

As for Mommy D, well, you cannot expect much if there is not much in there in the first place, right?

Chedeng,Ondoy part2?

Bad News for everyone,when PAGASA just announced that a new typhoon is approaching the Philippine area of responsibility.We couldn't do anything about this.but its too early for us to have a tropical storm in our country.

Chedeng is estimated to bring rains measuring between 20 to 55 millimeters per hour, similar to the amount of rainwater brought by Ondoy in 2009, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical, and Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Chedeng is expected to miss Metro Manila and make landfall some of the Northern Luzon area and some part of Visayas,according to PAGASA.

It hard to think that this is another ONDOY part2,don't want another damages and casualty to be reported hope this tropical storm wont harm our country to much..

We can put the blame on DPWH or MMDA to this tropical storm if we have some floods will occur to some area of metro manila cause they don't do there work well.As of now we need to pray to us be safe to this coming storm.

Juico's purgatory is brought about by one thing: her appointment as PCSO Chairperson. That's it! To sour-graping people like the oh-so-homo Manoling Morato, this is too much to accept.

Neither her alleged donation to PNoy's campaign coffers nor her loyal service as Appointments Secretary to Cory Aquino has had any bearing with her appointment. After all, she has served the PCSO as Director for 12 years.

Juico got emotional when she talked about her former boss' deathbed. Her haughty aura somehow dissolved (even fif just a bit) as she recalled her promises to the "Tita Cory" and how she intends to fulfill the vow.

The challenge to  Juico is the billion-peso debt which the PCSO accumulated. In fairness to the Cahirperson, this was answered with fact, confidence and dignity. Cory Aquino would have been proud of her!

All other issues were nothing but mud-slinging on the part of the ageing Manoling Morato. This is so obvious. Either Morato has lost his senses completely or has begun the Alzheimer's process ... whatever the case may be, it is evident that he is rambling without the benefit of fact.

Margie Juico must have hit a raw nerve in Manoling Morato. She should not care. She should do what she thinks is best.

MANUELA (MANOLING) AGAIN!!!!!!!

Why in the word manoling is existing...??? manoling is so rude!The thing is not how he handled thing when he was the one in charge in PCSO but how he maliciously think about the supervision of Ms. Margie Juico on the issue of transferring the PCSO from QI to PICC.

Manay Manoling wag na masyadong pakielamera! wla knb magawa sa buhay mo? pati ba naman sa Philippine Tuberculosis Society ang eh need mo pa ba problemahin,kawawa naman mga patient ng PTS supposed to be in good hand and safe place.Manay your so selfish,tigilan mo na mga kemerat mo!hahaha

The best tool nowadays is prayers. We could think of a lot of things to make our lives easier … but don’t you think this RH Bill will help us?

The RH Bill is the biggest trend issue in the country; even celebrity contravened with the issue. Will the use of contraceptives and other birth control methods actually help?

For me it’s a YES!  

I might admit almost every individual use condoms, pills etc. so why in the world would we need to argue/debate to this issue.

May 19, 2011 reported to “Tie a purple ribbon for RH”. Are we or are we not into the RH Bill? Think twice and see what the results will be to this Senate debate on the RH bill  and saw how legislators could twist facts about HB 4244.

Blinded by their sense of morality, they call the bill abortionist, encouraging promiscuity, and promoting the monetary interest of multinational pharmaceutical companies. A congressman practically labeled Lagman as not believing in God for sponsoring such a bill that dishonored God’s teaching.

And its your prerogative and discretion to think if your pro or anti RH Bill. So what do you think? ...

There's something going on to Manoling Morato and Margie Juico right? why we should waste our time for something is not the important to talk about.Manoling Morato is some what so gay of what his doing now.We could think this way, we can hear his emotional unhappiness about some issue like why PCSO was move in PICC..simple answer cause QI is not durable enough.I can suggest to him that let Margie Juico handle PCSO and let her lead everything.Us individual para sakin i will just Margie Juico do her thing  i know and we all know Pnoy trust her so much that's why she was appointed as the chairman of PCSO.i want your reaction about this issue....But the real score was is Margie Juico is doing her job well since she was assigned???Big Question!Sana hnd naman personalan ang laban?Don't waste our money and time whats important is we help and support those who are in need.God bless us all...
